Hi, I purchased your refill kit and refilled the yellow magenta and cyan the way I was instructed and did the test page.

The yellow isn't working. Can you tell me why. The cartridge was emptied yesterday while I was printing some photos.

Also the cartridge still comes up as being empty when performing the test page.

If you can help great, otherwise I may have to return the kit for a refund.
