my color cartridge sat empty for awhile and now it won't print in red only.  i installed a new cartridge, cleaned it via my printer several times and the blue and yellow are fine.  Still no red despite a full cartridge.  How do i locate the print head and then clean it?  i have an Epson Color Stylus 500.
