Rifilling the 02 injet cartridge
There are what look like two drill spots on each 02 cartridge.  Can one or both spots be drilled to enable filling the cartridge?  Any help on refilling these cartridges would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Rifilling the 02 injet cartridge

these cartridges can be drilled but there are tools available to refill from the rubber port where the ink exits the cartridges. The chips do need to be replaced for the printer to read the cartridge as full

Re: Rifilling the 02 injet cartridge
The instructions say to heat up a paper clip and puncture the dimple on the cartridge.  Does this really work?

Re: Rifilling the 02 injet cartridge
I'm somewhat confused. The posted instructions say to "melt a hole near the dimple at the top of the cartridge". Cant find any dimples on top of the cartridge. The rubber ports are on the face of the cartridge that plug into the printer, and I believe these are for the ink flow(bottom) and the breather(top)...is that correct? If I pierce the top rubber port, won't that damage the cartridge? If I am plugging the cartridge into the the printer, all I see is a small inset dimple on the front of the cartride facing me, below the "HP" logo on the front. Is that the "dimple" you mean?
